چکیده

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) secreted from adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are known to exhibit collagen synthesis and migration activity in fibroblasts. These EVs can be used as a regenerative medicine for cosmetic medicinal materials. Royal jelly (RJ) is produced the hypopharyngeal mandibular glands of honeybees (nurse bee), which contains apicin 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid, compounds that promote fibroblast proliferation elastin synthesis. Here, we investigated whether RJ could further enhance physiological function ADSC-EVs on The findings confirmed lyophilized enzyme-treated enhanced secretion by ADSCs, increasing proliferation, migration, fibroblasts compared those induced conventional ADSC-EVs. Bioinformatics analysis was conducted using various software programs, based data obtained comprehensive gene expression small RNA profiling analyses through next-generation sequencing; results suggested treatment significantly genes related extracellular matrix composition. Our suggest qualitatively altered offer more effective therapeutic material than ADSCs-EVs.

The Effect of Human Platelet-Rich Plasma on Adipose-Derived Stem Cell Proliferation and Osteogenic Differentiation

Background: The cultured mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) have been used in many clinical trials however, there are still some concerns about the cultural conditions. One concern is related to the use of FBS as a widely used xenogeneic supplement in the culture system. Human platelet-rich plasma (hPRP) is a candidate replacement for FBS. In this study, the effect of hPRP on MSC proliferation and os...

The Role of Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor in Mast Cell-Stimulated Fibroblast Proliferation and Collagen Production

Current clinical and translational studies have shown that mast cell plays a pivotal role in multiple fibrotic diseases including scleroderma. However, the lack of mature human mast cell culture model exhibits a major obstacle for further dissection of cytokines and signaling molecules required for mast cell mediated fibrosis in various diseases. Macrophage Migration Inhibitory Factor is a mast...

Focus on Extracellular Vesicles: Therapeutic Potential of Stem Cell-Derived Extracellular Vesicles

The intense research focus on stem and progenitor cells could be attributed to their differentiation potential to generate new cells to replace diseased or lost cells in many highly intractable degenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer disease, multiple sclerosis, and heart diseases. However, experimental and clinical studies have increasingly attributed the therapeutic efficacy of these cells t...

Pathogenic or Therapeutic Extracellular Vesicles in Rheumatic Diseases: Role of Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived Vesicles

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are important mediators of cell-to-cell communication pathways via the transport of proteins, mRNA, miRNA and lipids. There are three main types of EVs, exosomes, microparticles and apoptotic bodies, which are classified according to their size and biogenesis. EVs are secreted by all cell types and their function reproduces that of the parental cell. They are involv...
